On April 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of Saigon General Service Corporation (Savico) approved to transfer a part of its stake in Sweden Auto Company:

-          Number of shares transferred: 1,200,000 shares

-          Transfer value: VND12 billion

-          Transferee: BenThanh Group
