On April 28, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.509/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: TDW) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: May 13, 2016

-        Record date:  May 16, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose: to pay for the first time of cash dividends for 2015

-        Payment ratio:  8%/par value (VND800/share)

-        Payment date: June 01, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

              + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares                 have been deposited.

             + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Address: 8 Khong Tu, Binh Tho, Thu Duc, Hochiminh City.) from June 01, 2016 and please submit ID card.
