STT: Notice of change of personnel

Saigontourist Transport Corporation announced the change of personnel as follows:

-          The Board of Directors of Saigontourist Transport Corporation approved the resignation of Mr. Hoang Ngoc Quy as Director of Long Van Security Co., Ltd. effective from March 14, 2017;

-          The Board of Directors of Saigontourist Transport Corporation appointed Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoai as Director of Long Van Security Co., Ltd. effective from March 14, 2017;

-          The Board of Directors of Saigontourist Transport Corporation approved to change the legal representative of Long Van Security Co., Ltd. from Mr. Hoang Ngoc Quy to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoai, Director of Long Van Security Co., Ltd.
