The Board of Directors of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company announced the change of personnel as follows:

• Approving of the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Thang as Chairman of the BOD cum Member of the BOD as from March 17, 2017.
• Approving of the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Quyen, CEO, as Member of the BOD for the term 2016-2021 as from March 17, 2017.
• Approving of the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien, Member of the BOD, as Chairman of the BOD for the term 2016-2021 as from March 17, 2017.
