STG: Resolution on the 2017 AGM

South Logistics Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of 2017 AGM as follows:

1. Approving operation reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.
2. Approving 2017 business plan:

-          Separate revenue: 885.6 bil. dongs

-          Separate profit before tax: 300.8 bil. dongs

-          Cash dividend: 15%

-          Consolidated revenue: 1,759.5 bil. dongs

-          Consolidated profit before tax: 766.6 bil. dongs

1. Approving profit distribution and compensation for the BOD, Supervisory Board.
2. Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.
3. Approving a plan of Indo Tran Transportation Corp.(*) buying 30% of charter capital of STG without public offering.

Approving members of the BOD and the Supervisory Board term 2017-2022.
