Agro Nutrition International Joint Stock Company  announces Resolution No.01/2017/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 17, 2017 as follows:

1. Approval of report on the BODs about the company’s business result in 2016.
2. Approval of report from the Supervisory Board activities in 2016.
3. Approval of the audited financial statements in 2016.
4. Approval of the selection of Vietnam KPMG Co., Ltd. to audit financial statements in 2017.
5. Approval of the company’s business plan in 2017 with profit after tax reached 1,227 billion dongs and feed production reached 1,253 thousand tons.
