ACL: BODs Resolution of the 2016 AGM According to the Resolution No.01/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 17, 2017, BODs of Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company approved some of contents of the Annual General Meeting 2016 as follows:
1. Approval of the holding of the 2017 AGM:
- Meeting time: April 24, 2017
- Meeting venue: 90 Hung Vuong street, My Tho, My Qui, Long Xuyen, An Giang.
2. Approval of some of contents of the Annual General Meeting 2016:
- Approval of the audited financial statements in 2016.
- Approval of the company’s business result in 2016 and plan for 2017.
- Approval of report from the Supervisory Board in 2016.
- Approval of report on the BODs activities in 2016.
- Approval of plan for the 2016 profit distribution and plan for 2017.
- Approval of selection of the auditing company to audit financial statements in 2017.
- Other issues.
