STG: BODs Resolution on change of personnel

South Logistics Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.033/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 12, 2017 regarding the change of personnel as follows:

1. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan as Chairman of BODs for the period 2017-2022.
2. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Le Ba Tho as Deputy Chairman of BODs for the period 2017-2022.
3. BODs approved the reappointment of Mr. Dang Vu Thanh as CEO as from April 17, 2017.
4. Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh was voted Head of Supervisory Board for the period 2017-2022.
