Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.08/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 14, 2017 regarding the change of personnel as follows:

1. BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Huynh Phu Kiet - Deputy Chairman of BODs as member of BODs as April 14, 2017.
2. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Tien Thang as member of BODs as April 14, 2017.
