SRC: SRC signs an agreement with VPID Ha Nam

On July 18, 2016, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company and VPID Ha Nam Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on leasing the land-use right which is attached to the infrastructure at Lot E, Chau Son Industrial Park, Chau Son ward, Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province.

-          Area of land: 212,538 m2

-          Time of leasing: from 2016 to 2056

-          Price of leasing: 815,729 vnd/m2 (or 36.5 usd/m2). VAT not included.
