LGC: LGC raises the ownership ratio in B.O.T Rach Mieu

According to Board Resolution No.07/NQ-HDQT dated July 18, 2016, the Board of CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company approved to buy 2% stake in B.O.T Rach Mieu Co., Ltd. from Khanh An Beverages Trading Joint Stock Company, raising the ownership ratio from 49% to 51% of B.O.T Rach Mieu Co., Ltd.
