SMA: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2016 Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2016 dated July 27, 2016 as follows:
Resolved
I. To approve the financial indicators on the 2015 business results and profit distribution plan as follows:
- Total net revenue: VND 809,777,909,959
- Profit after tax: VND 386,177,162
- Dividend: VND 0
II. To approve the business plan for 2016 as follows:
- Total revenue: VND 800 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 5 billion
- An 3% dividend: VND 4,836 billion
III. To approve remuneration scheme for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2016: VND 180 million
IV. To authorize the BOD to select Auditing firm for the 2016 audited financial statement.
V. To approve to authorize the Board of Directors to seek ways to mobilize the optimal capital for potential investment projects and enhance the efficiency of the company’s business.
VI. The General Meeting of Shareholders authorized the Board of Directors, the Board of Directorate and the Board of Supervisors are responsible for executing this resolution.
