Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation announced the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2016 dated July 29, 2016 as follows:

Resolved

      I.                Approving to authorize the BOD to choose auditing firm for 2016.

    II.                This resolution was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and took effect as from July 29, 2016.
