SKG: Board resolution on holding AGM 2017

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang JSC announced Board Resolution No.02/2017 dated March 03, 2017 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the shipbuilding of Superdong Con Dao 02 for Soc Trang – Con Dao Route:

-          Capacity: 306 passengers

-          Time of operation: January 2018

-          Total investment: 45 billion dongs

2. The Board of Directors approved to select Kaibuok Shipyard (M) SDN.BHD as the builder of Superdong Con Dao 02 for Soc Trang – Con Dao Route.

3. The Board of Directors approved to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: March 21, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 right

-          The meeting time and venue will be noticed later.
