-        Ex-right date: March 21, 2017 

-        Record date: March 22, 2017                        

-        Purpose: to organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-        Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-        Meeting date: The meeting time will be noticed later.          

-        Meeting venue: 7th Floor, Hai An Building, Km2, Dinh Vu Street, Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong city.
