On March 29, 2017, Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development JSC sent the official documents to the Planning and Investment Department of Ha Noi City, State Securities Commission and Hochiminh Stock Exchange regarding the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Accordingly, the Company asked for permission to delay the General Meeting until June 2017.
