Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.01/2017/NQ.ĐHĐCĐ dated April 04, 2017 as follows:

1. Approving the report on the company’s operation by BODs & Supervisory Board in 2016 & plan for 2017.
2. Approving the report on the company’s business result in 2016 & plan for 2017.
3. Approving the audited financial statements in 2016.
4. Approving the selection of the auditing company to audit financial statements in 2017.
5. Approving the plan for the profit distribution, deduction of funds and dividend payment for 2016 7 plan for 2017.
6. Approving the remuneration payment of BODs, Supervisory Board in 2016 & plan for 2017.
7. Approving the appointment of Chairman of BODs cum CEO in 2017.
8. Approving the supplementary business lines
9. Approving the plan for issuance of shares to raise its charter capital.
10. Approving the amendment of its charter.
11. Approving the election of member of BODs & Supervisory Board for the period 2017-2021.
12. Approving the resignation and appointment of member of BODs for the period 2012-2016.
13. Approving the list of members of BODs for the period 2017-2021:
