CTD: CTD postpones the time for the holding of AGM 2017

On April 04, 2017, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company announces the time delay for the holding of AGM 2017 for the following reasons:

-          The company has not completed the voting of BODs and Supervisory Board for the period 2017 – 2022 yet.

-          BODs need more time to prepare the content of Annual General Meeting 2017.

-          The meeting time of Annual General Meeting 2017 will be noticed later.
