SHI: BODs Resolution on the 2017 AGM & dividend payment

According to the Resolution No.02/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated March 02, 2017, BODs Son Ha International Corporation approved the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the first 2016 dividend payment as follows:  

1. To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Estimated meeting time:  April 12, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Notice later

-          Contents:

+ Report on the company’s operation by BODs & Supervisory Board and plans for 2017.

+ Report on the company’s business result & plans for 2017.

+ Report on the plan for the profit distribution in 2016 and payment dividend for 2016.

+ Other issues.

2. To pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 3%/par value (300dongs/share)

-          Payment date:  May 10, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Son Ha International Corporation.
