SFG: The record date for stock issuance On August 11, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.885/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for stock issuance of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (stock code: SFG) as follows:
- Ex-right date: August 24, 2016
- Record date: August 25, 2016
1) Reason and Purpose: stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
2) Content:
- Exercise ratio: 10:1 (The one who owns 10 share will receive 01 new share)
- Estimated issue volume: 4,354,331 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 311 shares at the record date, he will receive 31 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.1 share) will be cancelled.
