TMT: BoD approves on stock issuance for 2016 dividend payment

On August 15, 2016, TMT Motors Corporation has disclosed the BoD approves on stock issuance for 2016 dividend payment as follows: 

-        Exercise ratio: 10%

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-        For example, if shareholder A owns 586 shares at the record date, he will receive 58 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.60 share) will be cancelled.

-        Estimated payment time: September - October, 2016

-        Estimated issue volume: 3,352,570 shares
