The Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company has approved a plan for private placement of bonds as follows:

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Bond term: 60 months (05 years)

-          Issue date: Quarter II.2016

-          Issue price: equal to the par value

-          Period of interest payment: 06 months/time

-          Consulting companies: MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS); TienPhong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank).
