On May 18, 2016, the Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company approved a plan for private placement of bonds as follows:

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Issue price: 100% par value

-          Purpose: to restructure the Company’s debts and to invest in material area.
