Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.25 about the change of personnel as follows:

 Articles 1: Board approved the appointment results:

 -  Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Hong Duong as Chairman of BoD.

-  Approving the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa as Permanent Deputy Chairman of BoD.

-  Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Van Dinh as Deputy Chairman of BoD.

 Articles 2: This resolution will be effective from October 31, 2016.
