VIS: Notice of change of personnel

On November 01, 2016, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ngan resigned as Chief Accountant, effective from November 01, 2016.

-          Mr. Ngo Xuan Toan resigned as Deputy CEO, effective from November 01, 2016.

-          Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh resigned as Deputy CEO, effective from November 01, 2016.

-          Mr. Pham Quang Vinh resigned as Deputy CEO, effective from November 01, 2016.

-          Ms. Ha Thi Nguyen Ngoc resigned as Secretary of the Board of Directors, effective from November 01, 2016.

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ngan was appointed as Deputy CEO for five years, effective from November 01, 2016.

-          Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quyet was appointed as Deputy CEO for five years, effective from November 01, 2016.

-          Ms. Dang Thi Tuyet Dung was appointed as Chief Accountant for five years, effective from November 01, 2016
