-        Additional volume: 9,118,675 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND91,186,750,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 194,761,033 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,947,610,330,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  July 26, 2016

-        Reason of change: Stock issuance for ESOP.
