-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,939,854,851 shares

-        Additional volume: 213,379,941 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND2,133,799,410,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 2,153,234,792 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND21,532,347,920,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  July 27, 2016

-        Reason of change: Stock issuance for dividend payment.
