SAM: Sacom to invest in An Viet

According to the Board resolution dated September 06, 2016, the Board of Directors of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation approved the following issues:

1)    To purchase 4,500,000 common shares or 45% charter capital of An Viet Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC (*), with the total transfer value of VND52 billion.

2)    To contribute another VND103.5 billion into An Viet Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC in the capital increase of An Viet Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC from VND100 billion to VND330 billion.

(*) The company name is temporarily translated.
