PVD: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2016 Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the 2016 annual general meetingdated April 29, 2016:
Article 1: AGM approved report of the Board of Directors in 2015 and operation plan of the Board of Directors for 2016.
Article 2: AGM approved business result in 2015 and business plan for 2016:
1.1 Business result in 2015:
- Revenue was 14,444 billion dongs
- Profit before tax was 2,114 billion dongs
- Profit after tax was 1,664 billion dongs
1.2 Business plan for 2016:
- Revenue was 7,500 billion dongs
- Profit after tax was 500 billion dongs
Article 3: AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2015.
Article 4: AGM approved the 2015 dividend:
Payment for the 2015 dividend: 10% of charter capital.
Article 5: AGM approved report of the Board of Supervisors in 2015 and operation plan of the Board of Supervisors for 2016.
Article 6: AGM approved remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2016:
+ Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of the Board of Supervisors will be received wages according to statutory regulation.
+ A Member of the Director Board who concurrently will be received 10,000,000 dongs/members/ month.
+ A Member of the Supervisory Board who concurrently will be received 5,000,000 dongs/members/ month.
Article 7: AGM approved to choose an auditing firm for fiscal year 2016 in 03 auditing firms: (Ernst & Young Viet Nam, Deloitte Viet Nam, Price Waterhouse Coopers Viet Nam).
