SAM: Notice of change of personnel

On April 26, 2016, the Board of Directors of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation approved the following contents:

-          Appointing Mr. Tran Anh Vuong, Deputy CEO, to replace Mr. Do Van Trac as CEO, effective from May 01, 2016.

-          Appointing Mr. Nguyen The Sinh as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

-          Approving the divestment from the associated companies and projects:

•   Withdrawing the investment from the associated companies: Sacom – Taihan and Hiep Phu;
•   Withdrawing the investment from Sacom – Chip Sang Company Limited.
