On April 28, 2016, the Board of Directors of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)    Change of personnel

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Ly Thi Ngan as Chief Financial Officer cum Chief Accountant;

-          Appointing Ms. Pham Thi Kim Oanh as Chief Financial Officer cum Chief Accountant;

2)    Transfer of stake

-          Approving to transfer 9,842,000 shares or 98.42% stake in Hoa Phat Mitraco Mineral Joint Stock Company to An Thong Mineral Investment Joint Stock Company.
