Saigon Cholon Inresco: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of second selling shares of RESCO in Saigon Cholon Investment and Real Estate Joint Stock Company as follows:

     Until 16:00 on March 09, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit of second selling shares of RESCO in Saigon Cholon Investment and Real Estate Joint Stock Company, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.42/QĐ-SGDHCM dated February 17, 2017 promulgating the auction regulation on the second selling shares of RESCO in Saigon Cholon Investment and Real Estate Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
