Gia Dinh Development Corporation: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of the selling shares of Saigon Industry Corporation (CNS) in Gia Dinh Development Corporation as follows:

     Until 16:00 on March 20, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit of the selling shares of CNS in Gia Dinh Development Corporation, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.52/QĐ-SGDHCM dated February 27, 2017 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares of CNS in Gia Dinh Development Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
