Saigon Art JSC: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of selling shares of Saigon Cultural Products Corporation in Saigon Art Joint Stock Company as follows:

     Until 16:00 on March 09, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit of selling shares of Saigon Cultural Products Corporation in Saigon Art Joint Stock Company, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.94/QĐ-SGDHCM dated April 03, 2017 promulgating the auction regulation on selling shares of Saigon Cultural Products Corporation in Saigon Art Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
