Binh Duong Construction and Public Service JSC: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of fourth selling shares in blocks of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company as follows: 
     Until 16:00 on April 28, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit of fourth selling shares in blocks of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 15 of Decision No.110/QĐ-SGDHCM dated April 10, 2017 promulgating the auction regulation on the fourth selling shares in blocks of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
