-        Number of shares before additional listing: 430,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 42,999,999 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND429,999,990,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 472,999,999 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND4,729,999,990,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 31, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the  payment dividend
