BHS: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On July 25, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No. 878/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (BHS):

-          Number of shares delisted : 297,874,449 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND2,978,744,490,000

-          The stock BHS is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.267/QD-SGDHCM dated July 25, 2017.

-          Reason: Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company delists its shares in order to merge with Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.

-          Effective delisting date: August 30, 2017

-          Last trading date: August 29, 2017
