ROS: BODs Resolution on stock issuance to pay dividend

According to the Resolution No.20/NQ-HĐQT dated June 05, 2017, BODs of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company approved the stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/charter capital (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Number of outstanding shares: 430,000,000 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 43,000,000 shares

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value; 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of shares after issuance: 473,000,000 shares.
