VJC: Resolution on the first cash dividend payment for 2017

The Board of Directors of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company approved about the first cash dividend payment for 2017 as follows:

-    Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (VND 2,000/share)

-    Record date: in July 2017, The Board of Directors authorized the Chairman to decide that the record date for cash dividend payment and the record date for bonus stock issuance (exercise ratio of 100:40) will be the same date.
