REE: TBW became an associated company of REE

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation has completed to raise the holding rate in Binh Thuan Wind Power Joint Stock Company (TBW) to 25%. Therefore, as from Q1.2017, Binh Thuan Wind Power Joint Stock Company became an associated company of REE.
