DLG: Board resolution on the result of public offering

According to Board Resolution No.05 dated February 13, 2017, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the result of public offering as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to be issued: 199,186,117 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 54,913,473 shares

-          Number of unsold shares: 144,272,644 shares

The Board decided not to continue the distribution of unsold shares because there are no appropriate investors.
