RDP: BoD approves the documents of public offering

On February 19, 2016, the Board of Directors of RangDong Plastic Joint-Stock Company approved the documents of public offering, which were planned by the consulting firm Vietcombank Securities Company Ltd. (VCBS) – Hochiminh Branch. The documents will be submitted to the State Securities Commission.
