OGC: Ocean Lottery Technologies JSC suggested dissolving

On February 22, 2016, the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) suggested Ocean Lottery Technologies JSC repay the contributed capital of OGC at Ocean Lottery Technologies JSC, and ask Ocean Lottery Technologies JSC to implement the dissolution according to the major shareholder OGC.
