Pymepharco revokes its listing documents

On June 28, 2017, HOSE receives a request from Pymepharco Joint Stock Company regarding the revocation of listing documents. The reason is in the incoming annual general meeting of shareholders, Pymepharco will seek the approval for stock issuance to raise the charter capital by paying stock dividends. The stock issuance will be executed right after receiving the approval from the general meeting. The Company asked to withdraw the documents in order to update and complete documents.   

Therefore, HOSE will suspend reviewing the listing documents and return them to Pymepharco. If Pymepharco submits application, HOSE will perform the evaluation again.
