VFG: Board resolution on listing bonus shares

On June 30, 2017, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved to register to list 5,484,753 bonus shares, which were issued to the existing shareholders, on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
