-         Number of outstanding shares: 255,857,542 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 25,582,620 shares

-         Purpose of stock issuance: shares of issue to raise capital from the owner’s equity.

-         Record date: August 25, 2016

-         Estimated trading date: September 27, 2016

-        Number of distributed shareholders: 11,487 shareholders

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
