Based on Resolution No.39/NQ-HĐQT dated May 16, 2017, BODs of PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation approved to pay cash dividend for 2016 as follows:

-          Record date: May 31, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/charter capital

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q2.2017
