-        Record date:     June 01, 2017

1.      Reason and Purpose:  To pay the remaining cash dividend for 2016
2.      Details information:

-        Exercise ratio: 7%/par value (VND 700/share).

-        Payment date: June 20, 2017

-        Place of payment:
