PSI: Change of personnel

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh replaced Ms. Hoang Hai Anh as Chairman of the BOD, a member of the BOD and Legal representative.

Effective date: April 26, 2016.

Ms. Pham Thu Thuy replaced Mr. Doan Ngoc Luu as a member of the BOS as from April 14, 2016.

Mr. Bui The Anh replaced Mr. Nguyen Dieu Trinh as a member of the BOS as from April 15, 2016.

Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Viet Ha, Doan Thanh Nhan and Takahiro Yazawa as members of the BOD as from March 29, 2016.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan was appointed as a member of the BOD as from March 30, 2016.

Mr. Dao Quoc Bao replaced Mr. Bui The Anh as a member of the BOD as April 13, 2016.

Ms.  Hoang Hai Anh was appointed as Director as from April 26, 2016.
