Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company announces the change of personnel as follows:

-          The Board of Directors of công ty approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy, Deputy CEO, to replace Mr. Le Quyet Thang to concurrently hold the position as Member of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy was authorized to represent 9,000,000 shares or equivalent to 10% of KTA Company.
